All treatments, procedures and or pre paid packages are non refundable. Packages are non-transferable and must be used within one year from the date of purchase. Credit from pre paid treatments, procedures and or packages may be applied toward other forms of treatments(s) or product(s) only at management’s digression. Credit can only be given to and used by purchase only. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES ONLY.
We understand that emergencies do arise; however we request at least 24 hour notice for rescheduling or canceling all appointments. Failure to do so may result in your account to be charged.
“NO SHOWS’ WILL BE BILLED FOR THE SCHEDULED TREATMENT”.
To ensure your preferred Doctor or Technician is always available to you we recommend that you make your next appointment prior to leaving the Medical Spa. This is particularly important if you are having a series of treatments over a defined period of time.
Please arrive for your appointment in our office on time. This ensures that you will receive the required amount of time you deserve for your treatment and helps us not to intrude on the following clients’ reserved time.
Many of our products sold in our practice are considered “prescription” products. This usually refers to the fact that such products cannot be purchased over the counter at retail stores or even at pharmacies. Some products are actual medications such as Latisse and Tretinion (generic Retin-A). It is against the law to take a prescription medication return. Due to this, returns are not accepted under any circumstance. This includes allergic reaction, irritation, or any other reason. Therefore it is imperative that you understand this policy and are aware of this at the time of purchase. Your signature on this document serves as your acceptance and understanding of the return policy. A copy of this document will be kept in your chart and is available for your review at any time.
